I would like to personally invite you to our Sacred Space Yoga Retreat Saturday, April 8th at the Council on Recovery. This  sublime one-day retreat will incorporate a variety of yoga and meditation practices specifically designed to heal, restore and rejuvenate us.  I have a fantastic guest teacher, Satmitar Khalsa, who will be guiding us through an ancient healing practice of Kundalini Yoga, as well as treating us to a live "Gong Bath" - immersing us in the powerful vibration of the Gong!
